Privacy policy

This website is used to register teams for a training camp in Azerbaijan. We only collect the data that is needed to organise travel, accommodation and training.

What we collect

Club details, contact person, names, gender, dates of birth and weight categories of athletes and staff, travel and hotel details. Passport numbers are collected only if you request a visa support letter.

How we use it

To plan airport transfers, hotel rooms, training sessions and, if requested, visa support letters. We do not sell or publish your data.

Who can see it

Only your own account and the organiser's administrators. Other clubs never see your form.

How long we keep it

Until the end of the camp and the related reporting, at most 12 months, unless the law requires longer storage. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
